  About the Club, Great location, Club house has facilities to have a brew, get changed, shower etc, they have a little gym room, the river set up is awesome and from first hand experience the 'people' are extremely helpful (volunteer run I think) it's as far from commercial as you could wish to get.. as in its all about the fun of the sport whether hobby or wannabe pro paddlers its certainly not sales sales sales, you can try 3 times for a nominal fee before you commit to membership, we've used the online system to pay for a beginner course in the pool then we did the 3 visits with no pressure to join.. (it's not expensive to join anyway) overall we're very happy, beautiful location, great fun, attentive and diligent coaches (for the juniors) an hour or two away from the home computer's and Xbox learning new skills and getting fit! Give it a try!

  I wanted to renew a membership as a gift but struggled as I needed the persons login details. They’d last been a member more than a few years ago so I was unsure if they’d ever used the online membership renewals so I tried emailing the club on three different email addresses over a period of three weeks and have yet to recieve a reply. I’ve since spoken with the intended recipient and it turns out that they haven’t used the online system before so they'll just create a new account and do it as a new membership but that’s the surprise ruined.
  
  It’s just so unbelievably rude that nobody bothered to reply!! Terrible service and to think all I wanted to do was give them some money...
